MISSION
To live a life surrendered to the will of God and boldly follow His call in my life. This means I put first things first: faith, family, people. Because I trust God, I know that where I am is where He wants me to be. This trust provides confidence and clarity to do all things with excellence (quality work + right treatment of others), take full responsibility for my efforts, and respond rightly to challenges and set-backs.
PUT FIRST THINGS FIRST

I refuse to do anything that will cross the line of honoring God and loving my family
I put people first and production second

I start with the end in mind and do not settle
